Words Have Power, How to Flow Like Water: A Collective Poetry Experience

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.

Beginning with a live poetry reading and discussion, Olivia will share her creative process, connection to water, and art. After this portion, participants will be led through a powerful collective poetry experience where the group will all make a poem based on the theme of water. The aim is to encourage collaboration and appreciation of individuals' lived experiences. There is simultaneously an effort to join voices in a collective rhythm and flow. Learning how to convey nature experiences through poetry is a skill that can be used after many adventures and for a lifetime of documenting memories, feelings, and experiences. This process will ignite our collective imagination and exemplify the power of collaboration.
