Welcome to the 2020 Refuge Outdoor Festival Virtual Camp-in! This event is geared toward Black, Indigenous, People of Color being centered and uplifted in the outdoors, white allies welcome. Take refuge and do as much, or as little as you would like.

DJ Phenohype

Allison Masangkay / DJ Phenohype (she/they) is a sick and disabled queer Filipinx femme artist, scholar, and social justice advocate. Her work is influenced by her childhood in northern New Jersey, survival in Sequim, Washington, ancestral memory, and diaspora feels. Their latest project is a self-published, multimedia book of personal essays, sociocultural theory, speculative fiction, sound art, and visual art titled 'Do Androids Dream In Color?: Phenohype Is A Cyborg'—which will be released and available in September 2020 on their website, allisonmasangkay.com.
